While I was young I came home from Kindy with a dragon made form old egg containers and toilet paper tubes. It was at that point mum knew I was going to be creative.
Luckily for me, mum and dad appreciated my creative flair and would let me draw, and draw. I would hire anatomy books, visit the Dunedin anatomy museum and so all I could to visit pet shops so i could watch the cute animals. By the time I got to intermediate school I had my first few awards from art competitions. After that I got lessons in watercolour from an amazing artist and draftsman
Cliff Dillon.
Continuing on I attended a certificate in art at SIT, then studied a double diploma in animation at Animation Collage.
Since then I’ve won a few more awards for art competitions and exhibition competitions.
With the lovely artist Anna Obers we have run a “Colour your world” exhibition. This is an interactive exhibition that we drew a colouring in book on the walls and would let people come in and colour it in. We ran it in a few places.
- The South Alive Gallery
- The Pantry Shipping container Inside The Pantry
- Fordland National Park Visitors Centre
- Invercargill Museum
- ILT Enrich
Partnering with the Red Cross I also ran an event to make paper flowers with kids at South Alive for the kids department in the local hospital.
Now I’m working with The Bees Tees. A small company looking to create an ethical workplace for artists while creating high quality products.
I love creating fantasy work and adore the process of crafting lands and creatures along side their story.
But also pets, pets are cute and adorable!!!

Logo
A little information on my logo. Milo was my cat growing up. She would do all she could to steal my paint water while always supervising over me during her 19 years. Now as my logo she can be my muse forever. I have chosen the blue and teal splashing colours to show the love and chaos she brought with her.
